Welcome to Guru Gobind School Public School, Chas. Now in our 10th year, the staff and students have established a tradition of excellence. GGPS, Chas is a “school of choice,” distinguished by achieving success in academics, athletics, arts, and activities. Our mission is to prepare our students to be competitively successful in post-secondary pursuits, and we ask for your involvement and support as we focus on elementary as well as higher learning. Preparing our students takes team work and developing effective partnerships between parents, students, staff, and our community to ensure success for our students. Our new school website, is one tool parents may use to support students and check on the school’s progress. Parents may also contact teachers regarding student progress. Our newest communication tools and messaging system keeps the parents up to date and is utilized to announce important school events and to contact parents in the event of an emergency.

We want our students to enjoy school, one of the most fun-filled, memorable periods of their lives, so we encourage each student to become actively involved in the school by participating in one or more of the diverse opportunities for co-curricular involvement. Our strong program provides students access to elective offerings, clubs and organizations, performing arts, academic competition teams, and athletics.
